Crusader’s range of automated, PLC controlled Chemical Dosing Systems (CDS), designed to be reliable, accurate and cost effective metering of concentrated liquid chemicals into ready to use formulations.
Originally developed for anti-sapstain Preservatives, we’ve now sold dozens of these tough industrial pumping systems, in many different variants and industries for customers locally and in Australia.

The CDS system can be customised to meet yout needs and have multiple different chemical concentrates and/or water combinations, allowing mixing into ready to use solutions.
Each CDS system is manufactured to meet IP66 standards, utilising specially designed stainless steel pumps, and other high quality, chemically impervious components.
The system is controlled by a PLC, interfaced via an LCD operator display panel, for easy adjustments of parameters. Features can include low chemical alarms, bund level alarms, sampling points, inline mixing systems, flow meters, password protection and management reports.
The system can receive concentrated chemical from bulk containers (20 litres, drums, 1,000 litre IBC containers) over a steel bund, or can be piped to larger storage tanks.
